Refund Policy
We support 7-day returns and exchange service, which is only applicable to orders within 7 natural days of receiving the goods. Therefore, buyers need to apply for returns within 7 natural days of receiving the goods. Click here for more information.
- If the customer wants to return the goods within 7 natural days, they need to pay a 20% handling fee + shipping fee + return shipping fee.
- The 7-day return and exchange service is only applicable to orders shipped from overseas warehouses in certain countries (USA, EU countries). Orders shipped from factories, customized orders, or orders from other countries are not eligible for returns.
- For spot orders that have been paid but not yet shipped, buyers can apply to cancel the order and get a refund within 6 hours of payment. A full refund will be completed within 5 days.
- For spot orders that have been paid for more than 6 hours but have not yet been shipped, if the buyer requests to cancel the order and apply for a refund, the buyer needs to pay a 20% handling fee.
- For spot orders that have already been shipped, the buyer needs to pay a 20% handling fee and shipping fee. If the buyer requests to cancel the order and apply for a refund, they also need to pay the return shipping fee.
Please note: Returns are not accepted 7 days after delivery. All return orders are subject to the return policy!
For the following 7-day return and exchange situations: the customer needs to bear the shipping fee, return shipping fee, and a 20% handling fee. The shipping fee + return shipping fee + 20% handling fee will be deducted from the total payment amount, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.
- The 7-day return service is only applicable to orders within 7 natural days of delivery.
- Orders where the customer refuses to accept the package or requests to cancel the order after delivery.
- Orders returned due to incorrect address provided by the customer or other reasons that prevent delivery.
- Please pay attention to the pickup location address when placing an order and leave a message for customer service. If there is no message or specified location, we will randomly select logistics for delivery. If the package is returned due to address issues and the goods are not picked up in time, the buyer shall bear the shipping fee, return shipping fee, and a 20% handling fee.
- All returned products will undergo strict inspection. If we find that the doll is damaged or cannot be sold after use, we will present inspection pictures or videos and refuse a refund.
- When returning the product, please ensure that the packaging is as intact as when we shipped it, and that the items in the box are as stable as when we shipped it. If the box is damaged, please replace the box. Damaged boxes can easily damage the doll during transportation. Otherwise, if the doll is damaged in transit due to damaged outer box or poor packaging and cannot be resold, we will not issue a refund!!!
Defective items
If the received outer box or outer packaging is severely damaged, please refuse to accept the goods and file a claim with the courier. If the doll is defective, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and provide pictures or videos of the defective area. Depending on your issue, we will provide one of the following solutions:
- Full product replacement
- Home repair
- Free repair tools
- Partial Refund
- Wrong Item
If you find that the product you received is not what you purchased, please email us a picture of the doll you received. We will check the picture against your order to confirm whether it is correct. If the picture confirms that this is the wrong item, we will send a replacement at our expense or apartialrefund.Oryou can keep the wrong item.
To receive a free replacement, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide proof of the wrong item. After 3 days, we will not arrange for a replacement or refund.
7-Day Return and Exchange Service
Returns and exchanges are supported within 7 days of placing an order, but the following conditions must be met:
- Only applicable to in-stock item orders
- No error in shipment or delivery
- Packaging is undamaged
- Doll is intact and unopened
Customers eligible for returns are required to pay the following fees:
- 20% handling fee (including production, packaging, shipping, and other processing fees)
- Delivery and return shipping costs
