We have established a strict quality control system. Before shipment, we will conduct a comprehensive inspection of each doll to ensure that its packaging has good privacy protection and logistics support. This ensures that your doll will not have any damage or defects.

How to properly comb the doll's hair?

When combing the doll's hair, first comb the ends, then slowly straighten the hair, hold the hair on the top of the head with your hand, and gradually smooth it down. The combing operation for hair transplantation and wigs is the same.

How do I move and store my sex doll?

• Avoid storing the doll in direct sunlight, as this may cause damage and fading.
• Please store the doll in a room temperature, dry environment. Avoid placing it in bathrooms/garages or other storage areas that are prone to moisture or mold.
• Do not leave the doll on artificial or dyed materials for extended periods of time, including leather sofas or dark clothing. If the doll is accidentally stained by dark clothing, use a color remover to clean it.
• Please keep the doll away from open flames.
• Avoid placing the doll in difficult poses for extended periods of time. If not returned to a natural position after use, the skin may be stretched and damaged, or even cracked. Natural is considered lying like in a box.
• We recommend the following options; lay the doll flat in a sex doll storage box or the original box, stand it up (with support, for example, for some smaller-chested dolls, you can lean it against a wall with a pillow), or lie it on the bed if you have a memory foam mattress.
• When carrying or moving the doll, always follow the general rules for carrying heavy objects: keep your back straight, bend your knees and hips.
• We have found that dolls are easiest to move when placed vertically. It is recommended that you wrap your arms around the doll's waist in a "bear hug" position.
• Do not lift the doll by any of its limbs or head, always grab the doll's body.
• Do not throw the doll over your shoulder as this may put stress on the "spine".

How long should I heat up my love doll?

1. TPE head heating: It is recommended that the heating time be within 40 minutes.
2. Silicone head oral heating: It is recommended that the heating time be around 15 minutes. 3. Body heating: It is recommended that the heating time be within 40 minutes. 4. Heating rod: It is recommended that the heating time be 10-15 minutes (summer), 15-20 minutes (winter). Please note: The body temperature heating function, oral heating function, and heating rod must be used after turning off the power after reaching the appropriate temperature. Do not use during the heating process, otherwise there may be safety hazards. Damage caused by failure to follow the instructions for use or maintenance is not covered by the warranty, and returns or refunds will not be accepted.

How often should I clean my sex doll?

• Clean the doll before first use to remove factory residue.
• The doll should be cleaned monthly if it is not stored away from dust.
• We recommend cleaning the doll's key areas after each sexual intercourse.
• General care (depending on use).
• We recommend oiling TPE dolls 3-4 times per year. Do not over-oil.
• If necessary, apply a small amount of Vaseline/petroleum jelly to high-pressure areas such as the knees, inner groin, and openings.
• Before storing the doll for a long period, apply cornstarch/flour to the doll.
• Please do not use products containing alcohol or silicone, such as lubricants, wipes, and perfumes.

What is not covered under warranty?

• Skin tone differences: Normally, the skin tone displayed on a computer screen will look slightly different from the skin tone you receive. Doll skin staining: We generally advise against dressing dolls in dark clothing to avoid staining. Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or refunds for dolls stained by dark clothing. If the doll is stained, you can use stain removal oil/cream to clean it.
• Loose eyelashes: The doll's face is equipped with goggles (sponge) to protect the eyes during transportation. If the eyelashes fall off over time, they can be reinstalled.
• Makeup differences: We try our best to restore the makeup used by the photographer in the photos. However, a 100% match cannot be guaranteed. Each doll may be slightly different from the picture. In rare cases, you may not like it. If this happens, you can use makeup remover to remove the original makeup and replace it with your favorite makeup as needed.
• Fingernails and toenails: Nails may come loose during transportation or after receiving the package. We only use a small amount of glue to ensure that buyers can remove the nails as needed. If the nails fall off, simply re-glue them.

Heating and moaning: Please ensure that you enable the heating and moaning functions when you receive the doll. We will not compensate for disconnections that occur during use. However, if you are willing to pay for shipping, you can send the doll to our warehouse and we can repair it for free.  

1. As this product is a personal item, all products are delivered only after strict testing. If you find quality problems, please contact customer service within 3 hours after receiving the goods. You will not be responsible for overdue. Do not use the product if there is any objection to the product.
2. The thigh should not be opened to both sides by more than 130 degrees. If it exceeds this angle, skeleton fracture and colloid tear will not be covered by the warranty.
3. In the process of making dolls, the parting line generated is not a quality problem.
